**Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

**Administrative Support**:Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.

**Communication**:Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and external partners.

**Office Management**:Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas.
Order and manage office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock at all times.

**Data Entry**:Accurately input and update data in company databases and systems.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Familiarity with the transportation industry is a plus.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

**Salary**: From $37,500.00 per year
