We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Office Assistant with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail to join our team. Experience in the fire alarm and security industries would be an asset.

**Job Requirements and Responsibilities**
- Must have advanced proficiency with English language, both written and verbal.
- Must possess strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Must be able to Multitask various tasks simultaneously.
- Manage phone calls and direct them to staff.
- Manage and arrange office files and Records.
- Perform daily clerical duties.
- Welcome and assist visitors.
- Assist Service departments by preparing reports and perform clerical requirements.
- Assist Accounting Department with basic financial requirements.
- Must be proficient with MS Office. Word, Excel and Outlook skills are an asset.
- Must have working knowledge with office equipment and proper usage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
