**Role and responsibilities**:

- Daily co-ordination with sales, and operations teams internally, and clients externally
- Operate as the company’s “switchboard” as an essential member of the retail-led showroom
- Efficient management of client tracking and reporting
- Office administrative duties, such as: supplies ordered every week/month, as well as tracking incoming packages
- Effective reporting of sales tags, and payments taken within the showroom
- Maintain cleanliness of Reception desk, and surrounding areas.
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be able to work occasional Saturday shifts, as requested with advanced notice from your supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma.
- 1 to 2 years of experience preferred

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
