As a Partner Program Manager, you will be responsible for building trusted partner relationships which generate new partner leads and net-new revenue sales. You have an understanding of indirect channel commercial mechanics for SaaS products and will work collaboratively across functions to administer all aspects of a partner program including sales, marketing, finance and sales operations.

**What we are asking you to do**:

- Execute the deliverables of the partner program, both internally and externally, and be able to grow as Enable scales.
- Inbound lead management
- Manage the partner lead process, including validating partner registered leads, tagging, sales team liaison and CRM/PRM management.
- Inbound partner prospect and non-strategic partner coordination.
- Manage all partner data, including within CRM/PRM, portal and any other systems.
- Work closely with finance to reconcile partner referral and reseller fees, invoice creation and tracking towards payment.
- Manage the onboarding of new partners including agreement execution.
- Manage the communication plan to the partner ecosystem, including content curation and survey execution
- Work closely with marketing and enablement teams to collaborate on co-marketing programs, resources and promotion of Enable partner program.
- Maintain partner satisfaction by proactively assessing and validating partner needs and implementing best practices on an ongoing basis.
- Administer the partner portal including content updates, integrations to other systems and updates as needed.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops to monitor and iterate on key Partnerships reports & dashboards.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the company's partnership priorities and plan.
- Adhere to the company’s operational framework ensuring all sales tools are leveraged effectively and data entry / reporting requirements are met.

**What we are asking you to bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years experience in partner management and/or partner operations.
- Experience working within a sales environment with partners sourcing and influencing deals.
- Effective communication and relationship management skills
- Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize several initiatives at the same time.
- Strong EQ skills, able to build strong relationships internally and externally to deliver exceptional results
