The System Integrator (SI) Partner Success team within Engineering is responsible for building the partner ecosystem for Microsoft Power Platform, covering Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Microsoft Copilot Studio. This includes recruiting, managing, facilitating training, sharing resources, and enabling SI partners globally.

The team is currently looking for a Partner Enablement Program Manager to own the strategic planning and execution of App in a Day (AIAD), Automation in a Day (AuIAD), Power Pages in a Day (PPIAD), Copilot Studio in a Day (CSIAD), and any future events.

These workshops are partner led 1-day hands-on events, covering the breadth of Power Platform capabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute in a day (IAD) program strategy, including defining goals, scale, and budget.
- Lead the end-to-end program execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Global Demand Center (GDC), Platform Ops to align on program goals, deliverables and timelines.
- Define partner requirements and criteria, including recruitment and onboarding of new program partners.
- Manage a vendor team of Program Managers (PM) responsible for program operations.
- Drive Monthly Business Review content.
- Communicate program value proposition and benefits to internal and external audiences.
- Drive program adoption and growth by identifying and addressing partner feedback and highlighting insights/opportunities.
- Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders and leadership.

**Qualifications**:
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security) technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support or cross-group/cross-functional engineering
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of business program management experience in a core technology environment.

**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
- Efficient collaboration skills with the ability to work in a dynamic / agile environment
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of achieving or exceeding program level key performance indicators

Partner Enablement Program Mgmt IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $104,000 - CAD $193,200 per year.
