Edmonton, Canada All Star Accounting Inc Full time

Responsibilities:

- Enter Bank, credit card Statements in simply and check and post Invoices.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, such as bank reconciliation and account analysis
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Hindi or Punjabi would be a plus.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience. This is a full-time position with regular business hours.
