As a **Human Resources Business Partner**, you will be a trusted advisor to key leaders and have a business focus to execute business strategies To succeed in this role, you should have a proven understanding of all HR functions and have experience working with different levels of leadership in employee relations, compensation, engagement, and performance management. You will report to the Human Resource Business Partner, Architectural Coatings Canada. This role is a 1-year contract and it can be hybrid out of either the Boucherville, QC office or the Vaughan, ON office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Advise on Policy and Employee Relations issues including: proactively resolving issues, successfully leading and closing investigations.
- Collaborate with management and union to ensure the collective bargaining agreement is adhered to.
- Promote organizational performance through effective partnerships with site leaders to build robust teams, assessing business needs, and delivering creative solutions.
- Provide proactive and effective coaching to improve the skills/capabilities of team members to build an environment of empowerment and accountability.
- Execute talent development programs and initiatives.
- Partner to help to implement organizational structures and processes that align with growth priorities and cost management initiatives.
- Collaborate with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion COE to provide leadership, guidance, advice, coaching, and education to leaders to infuse DEI principles and practices to build a diverse and inclusive work environment.
