**Position Summary**:

We are a growing contact center located in Ontario, Canada, with a team of 30 employees. Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence, we are seeking a skilled HR professional. This dual role will be instrumental in creating a positive employee experience, managing full-cycle HR functions, and supporting the business’s operational and strategic objectives
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources Management**
**Full-Cycle Recruitment & Retention**
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring roles are filled with quality hires.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to support our continuous hiring needs.
- Design and oversee onboarding programs that ensure new hires integrate smoothly and are set up for success.
**Employee Relations & Performance Management**
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, managing employee relations with empathy and confidentiality.
- Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and resolve conflicts in alignment with Ontario’s labor laws.
- Create performance management programs, conduct regular evaluations, and support employees’ growth with development plans.
**Compensation & Benefits Administration**
- Oversee the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and perks, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
- Act as a point of contact for benefit inquiries and assist in managing any changes or updates to compensation packages.
**Compliance & Legal**
- Ensure all HR practices adhere to Ontario labor laws and Canadian HR regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of policies, procedures, and records, updating them as needed to maintain compliance.
- Handle any workplace investigations with professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to regulatory requirements.
**HR Policies & Program Development**
- Develop and implement HR policies, handbooks, and protocols to guide consistent and fair practices.
- Design employee engagement programs to promote a motivated and committed workforce.
- Track and report HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and engagement to guide continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CHRP or CHRL designation is preferred or is in progress.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of Ontario labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance in Ontario.
- Proficiency in data analysis, HR metrics, and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to confidentiality and employee advocacy.
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
