Recipe is looking for a Human Resources Manager who will provide various levels of support for People initiatives within the LSR (Limited Service Restaurant) and Emerging Brands division. This role will assist in creating, implementing and maintaining people initiatives that enhance the teammate experience for both hourly and salaried teammates. As a people leader, the Human Resources Manager will support initiatives that impact talent attraction, development, performance management, employee engagement, associate relations, recognition and succession planning. This role will work closely with the Director, People & Culture, Business Development Managers and Corporate Restaurant teams to assist leaders in making decisions that support the goals of the business, all while maintaining Recipe’s core values, principles, and policies.

**What you will do in this role**:

- Provide first hand people support to Business Development Managers and Corporate Restaurant teams on talent attraction, onboarding, training & development, performance management, talent management and succession planning
- Support the building and execution of recruitment strategies for Franchise and Corporate restaurants
- Build strong relationships with corporate restaurants and field operations as the trusted source for all HR support - across multiple brands, multiple locations and across the country
- Partner with the HR Shared Services in the execution and management of a variety of programs in the areas of Talent Attraction, Talent Development and Succession Planning, Training and Development, Performance Management, and Total Rewards
- Support key initiatives that enhance teammate engagement including values adoption and culture development and employee recognition
- Support the execution of Brand People Strategies in partnership with the Director, People & Culture - be the eyes of our ‘employees and teammates’ in designing and executing people strategies within the brands
- Support and build people analytics to complement workforce planning and organizational design plans
- Be a key influencer and champion of our core value of ‘do the right thing’
- Be ‘curious’ and bring leading practices and ideas to people initiatives, policies and programs
- Participate in Recipe’s People Development Initiatives by creating and facilitating internal training and development courses through the Brands and through ‘Recipe University’ programs
- Support brand leaders and store level employees with Associate Relations matters, identify key trends, create viable solutions and problem solving
- Ensure compliance with internal and external health and safety requirements and identify areas for leadership attention

**What we are looking for from you**:

- Minimum 3 years of front line HR experience, ideal experience in a HR Generalist capacity
- Knowledge of WSIB/WCB/STD/LTD processes and procedures, including WSIB/WCB related legislation is preferred
- Building strong relationships with a variety of leaders across multiple levels of leadership
