Office Assistant
- Maintain an efficient and accurate filing system (electronic and hard copy);
- Provide support to staff and drivers;
- Posting and balancing accounts, preparing invoices, making calls for collections;
- Preparing monthly GST, basic accounting skills;
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets, employee files, truck files, fuel files, entering drivers tickets;
- Preparing reports from QuickBooks as requested by management; and
- Experience with Driver’s Logs (preferred, not required).

**Skills and Experience**:
Problem solving, office administration and general knowledge of the trucking industry:

- Very good attention to detail;
- Strong organization and planning skills;
- Ability to use computer, telephone, copy machine and other office related equipment;
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel;
- Accounting / Quickbooks; and
- Trucking Experience (preferred, not required).
