**Job Title: Office Assistant**

As our Office Assistant, you will be the friendly face and voice of our clinic. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our patients have a seamless and pleasant experience during their visits. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including:

- **Greeting Patients**: Warmly welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic, creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
- **Answering Phone Calls**: Be the first point of contact for our patients via phone, addressing their inquiries, and providing helpful information.
- **Booking Appointments**: Efficiently schedule patient appointments, prepare files and coordinate with our chiropractors and practitioners to ensure a smooth flow of the clinic's schedule.
- **Processing Insurance Claims**: Assist patients with billing and insurance-related matters and manage the processing of insurance claims accurately and promptly.

**Requirements**:

- **Medical Office Assisting Education/Experience**: A background in Medical Office Assisting or related education would be a valuable asset for this role.
- **Chiropractic/Integrative Wellness Setting Experience**: Previous experience in a chiropractic or integrative wellness setting would be considered advantageous.
- **Organizational Skills**: The ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial in maintaining the clinic's efficiency.
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to provide a warm and professional interaction with patients and team members.
- **Empathy and Compassion**: Demonstrated ability to show empathy and compassion towards patients, creating a nurturing environment for their well-being.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
