Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Office Assistant is responsible for performing administrative and office support activities.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Bi-weekly inventory and ordering of stationery, toner and coffee supplies
- Daily mail pickup as well as mail room duties and distribution of mail
- Daily bank run
- Weekly shopping to keep up lunchrooms supplies
- Faxing of invoices for the Warranty Administration department
- Maintain organization of file rooms and storage rooms
- Transport of files from multiple departments to mail file room
- All company business driving will be in your own personal vehicle - km will be reimbursed
- Setting up & cleanup of meetings in our Boardroom as they occur
- Coverage as needed for the reception desk.
- Employees may work remotely on a temporary basis.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Grade 12
- Basic/Intermediate/Advanced skill with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- Experience working in AS400, is an asset.
- Fluent in English with proven skills in verbal and written communication
- Fluency, verbal and written, in French is an asset
- Valid Driver’s License, vehicle registration, valid insurance & own transportation
- Keyboarding 65+ words per minute.
