As our Office Coordinator Extraordinaire, you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission and ensuring that our organization runs smoothly from behind the scenes. Your dedication and enthusiasm will make a real difference in the lives of our members, volunteers, and community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a welcoming and nurturing office environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work.
- Provide administrative support with a warm heart and a can-do attitude, ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Build meaningful connections with our members, assisting them with membership inquiries, renewals, and support to ensure they feel valued and supported.
- Bring your energy and enthusiasm to our events and programs, assisting with planning, coordination, and execution to create memorable experiences.
- Be a voice for our association, communicating with clarity and positivity through newsletters, social media, and other channels to keep our members informed and engaged.
- Support our dedicated volunteers, helping to recruit, train, and coordinate their efforts to maximize their impact and contribution to our mission.

**Qualifications**:

- A heart full of enthusiasm for our mission of Promoting and Supporting Excellence for Massage Therapists in Nova Scotia.
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a not-for-profit or community-focused organization. Working knowledge of the Massage Therapy Industry is an asset.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to connect with and support others.
- English (verbal and written). French is an asset.

The regular work week is 35 hours, although flexibility in work hours including occasional nights and weekends may be required.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
