**Role Summary**:
As an Account Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for managing client relationships and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships to expand the client base.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, projects are delivered on time, and expectations are exceeded.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and company offerings to effectively position our services.
- Conduct customer visits and attend trade shows and support with trade-show related activities.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to help create advertising materials such as newsletters and client presentations.
- Update and maintain required sales documentation such as customer lists, price lists, weekly sales reports etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Suite, and other tools relevant to the position
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to travel few times a year.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the automotive industry or big box retail is preferred.
- Experience managing sales cycles or customer relationships.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Keen interest in consumer electronics and / or automotive technologies desired.
- Class 5 Driver’s License.
