Sales Executive at Wesgar Inc.
Company Description:
Wesgar has the capacity to take care of all your precision sheet metal fabrication needs in our world-class, 80,000 square feet plant, located on Wesgar's four-acre campus. Our one-stop shop meets every need from concept to a superior finished product. Wesgar combines unique design for manufacturability and prototype fabrication with custom manufacturing, screen printing, powder coating, wet painting, product assembly, machining, quality inspection and documentation, and inventory management.
Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation and Cold Calling**:
- Identify and target potential clients through research and outreach.
- Develop and execute effective cold calling strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Ensure diligent tracking of metrics and CRM use
**Account Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
**Strategic Growth**:
- Develop and implement account plans aimed at maximizing client growth and retention.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance on how our products/services can help achieve them.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for client initiatives.
- Communicate client feedback and market trends to internal stakeholders to inform product development and marketing strategies.
**Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and account plans.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
