**Responsabilités**:
Les responsabilités sont les suivantes, mais ne sont pas limitées à:

- Effectuer des tâches administratives telles que le classement, la numérisation et l'organisation des documents
- Effectuer des tâches de saisie de données avec précision et efficacité
- Aider à gérer les systèmes téléphoniques et à orienter les appels de manière appropriée
- Communication entre le bureau et les magasins
- Préparation des événements

**Exigences**:

- Bien organisé et soucieux du détail.
- Compétences en matière d'administration et de classement des documents.
- Expérience en tant que réceptionniste ou secrétaire
- Une expérience de la comptabilité ou de la gestion des formulaires comptables et administratifs est un plus
- Parfaitement bilingue FR/EN
- Connaissance des procédures administratives et de la gestion de bureau
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation pour gérer efficacement des tâches multiples
- Maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

**Expérience**:

- Expérience administrative : 1 an (de préférence)

**Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

- Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist in managing phone systems and directing calls appropriately
- Communication from the office to the stores
- Preparing events

**Requirements**:

- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient in administration, filing documents.
- Experience as a receptionist or secretary
- Experience with bookkeeping or dealing with accounting and government forms is a plus
- Fluently bilingual FR/EN
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
