Secretary/Receptionist

Mspecs Finishing in Ville St Laurent, Quebec is presently seeking a Secretary/Receptionist for its finishing operations.

Mspecs relies on its secretary/receptionist to provide a friendly, first point of contact, to its customers and suppliers. We seek a bilingual, exceptionally detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication skills.

Reporting to the President and the Administrative Assistant, the incumbent provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

This is a permanent full-time position from Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create invoices in ERP system.
- Inform customers when parts are ready.
- Maintain data base of customers and suppliers and update information on orders and supplies as required.
- Draft correspondence
- Assist other departments as required
- Perform other duties as required.

**Minimum Educational Qualifications**:
High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED). Training will be provided onsite.

**Other Skills**:

- Aptitude for teamwork
- Strong attention to detail data entry accuracy
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Good written, verbal, and listening skills
- Enjoy working with customers.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team, while balancing multiple demands.
- Bilingual (English, French)
