**Tâches**
- Gérer les opérations quotidiennes du bureau, y compris les rendez-vous et la gestion des calendriers.
- Effectuer avec précision et efficacité des tâches de saisie de données.
- Gérer les appels entrants avec professionnalisme, en faisant preuve d'une excellente étiquette téléphonique.
- Aider à la relecture des documents pour garantir la clarté et la correction.
- Utiliser Google Suite pour diverses tâches administratives, y compris la création et la collaboration de documents.
- Utiliser efficacement les systèmes téléphoniques pour faciliter la communication au sein du bureau.
- Fournir un soutien administratif général aux membres de l'équipe selon les besoins.
- Enregistrer les paiements reçus des clients.
- Facturer les clients.
- Aider à la production et à la tenue à jour des politiques et procédures de bureau.
- Maintenir des listes de contacts.
- Réconcilier les dépenses (factures des comptes fournisseurs, reçus et relevés de carte de crédit, etc.).
- Servir de point de contact pour les clients et les fournisseurs.
**Exigences et compétences**:
- Expérience avérée en tant qu'assistant(e) administratif(ve).
- Connaissance des systèmes et procédures de gestion de bureau.
- Connaissance des équipements de bureau (imprimante, ordinateur, etc.)
- Maîtrise de MS Office ou de l'environnement Mac.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires : une qualification supplémentaire en tant qu'assistant(e) administratif(ve) ou secrétaire est un plus.

**Duties**:
- Manage daily office operations, including appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks, including document creation and collaboration.
- Operate phone systems effectively to facilitate communication within the office.
- Provide general administrative support to team members as required.
- Register payment received from client
- Invoice clients
- Will help in producing and keeping in order office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact lists
- reconcile expenses (bills for account payables, receipts and credit card statements, etc)
- Act as the point of contact for clients and suppliers
**Requirement and skills**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office managements systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment (printer, computer, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS office or Mac environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High school degree: additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary a good plus.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
