- Answer and direct telephone calls.
- Greet and provide general support to visitors.
- Receive, sort and distribute mail,
- Perform invoicing,
- Receive and enter customer payments on a monthly basis,
- Supervise logístical support and order verification,
- Ensure that pay slips are forwarded to employees,
- Interact with parcel delivery companies,
- All other related tasks.
