Paralegal/ Legal Assistant/ Legal Secretary

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the notary
- Prepare & draft legal documents
- Conduct legal research using legal databases
- Manage and organize case files and documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with document production and proofreading
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a legal secretary or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Ability to conduct legal research using online resources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills ( French & English)

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Clerical skills such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
