**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Support the dental reception area by handling patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative tasks are completed effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus, particularly in a dental setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail in proofreading tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service to both internal teams and external clients.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.5 per week
