Office and Invoicing Assistant Vortex Canada - Guelph, ON N1L 1B2

Full-time salaried position: up to 44 hours a week, with regular minimum hours of work being Monday to Friday 9:15 am to 4:15 pm in our Guelph office.

Vortex Canada is the official Canadian distributor of Vortex Optics. Vortex provides world renowned optical instruments to birding and observation enthusiasts as well as meeting the exacting demands of tactical professionals and hunters. We are proud to offer great products and unbeatable service

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience, including experience with Sage 300
- Experience with SPS and/or Salesforce an asset
- An understanding of credit terms and credit card processing
- Fluent in English (additionally, fluency in French (bilingual) is strongly preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding company and customer information
- Flexibility to handle a variety of duties as needed
