Guelph, Canada Tunnel Vision Trenchless Services Inc Full time

Duties:

- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, and document management,
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate office activities to ensure efficient operations
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivables, entering payables and processing payments
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Handle vendor management, including ordering office supplies and managing contracts
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files

Office Administrator

**Skills**:

- Prior experience in construction environment
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures is a must
- Previous experience in administrative or supervisory roles is preferred

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
