**Office Administrator**

George’s Windows and Doors is a local Guelph business that specializes in the sales and installations of residential windows and doors. We operate out of a newly renovated showroom that is packed with the latest products in the windows and doors industry.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual, with an excellent personality for phone and in-person interaction with customers. **Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Utilize Quickbooks operating system to access all business operations
- Assist customers in sales choices in terms of style, design, operation of windows and doors
- Review timesheets and enter hours for system processing while following strict deadlines.
- Open and maintain accurate client files and databases.
- Invoice clients and provide client specific reports as required.
- Assist in budgets, processing invoices, and vendor payment inquiries. Prepare monthly journal entries and accruals.
- Monitors and maintains an inventory of office supplies.
- Preparation (typing, editing) of client reports.
- Maintain electronic as well as hard copy filing systems.
- Participate in ongoing staff meetings and training for information sharing purposes.

- Perform all assignments with mínimal supervision
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- Computer skills, with accurate typing
- Thorough, detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining focus on the task at hand, handling multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines
- Superior interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated professionalism
- Collaborative team player

**Experience**:Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative or clerical role (preferred)
**Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook) & Quickbooks**
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
- A post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or a related field is an asset
- Grade 12, diploma or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
