**What can you expect**:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will embark on a transformative journey, playing a pivotal role in both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts, with a focus on Government, non-profit, and strategic accounts. Your journey, guided by the Manager of Enterprise Sales, will be marked by strategic precision as you qualify leads and collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine qualification criteria. Drawing upon your wealth of experience, your curiosity and market insight, you will identify strategic accounts and industry segments, infusing each interaction with purpose and impact. Beyond mere lead generation, your path will lead you to the realms of strategic planning, mentorship, and process optimization, where every challenge becomes an opportunity for growth and innovation.

**You'll be responsible for**:
**Outreach Efforts & Creating Opportunities**:

- Manage and nurture leads from various channels, including website inquiries, content downloads, webinars, trial sign-ups, intent data, partner referrals, and tradeshows.
- Activate strategic accounts by gathering key details such as estimated GMV, contract end date, current solution, RFI/RFP postings, and identifying key stakeholders' information.
- Follow up on Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) and conduct needs analysis during discovery calls to evaluate fit with SmartRec, understanding client pain points, requirements, and budget for potential sales opportunities.
- Creatively staying in touch and establishing a relationship via documented cadences with engaging content that displays Amilia’s capabilities to effectively serve the market.

**Continuous Learning, Industry Expertise, & Sales Funnel Management**:

- Report key intel about lead progress (demo requests, outcome, size, lead source, status etc) to the Manager of Enterprise Sales.
- Manage the sales pipeline by accurately updating lead information, activities, and outcomes in Salesforce, track progress, analyze conversion rates, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide valuable insights from interactions with leads and prospects, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting refinements to the sales process, tools, or workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

**Job requirements**

- Experience working with Salesforce CRM.

- Proven work experience as an SDR/BDR for large accounts.
- Experience in the e-commerce or SaaS or similar tech-related industry.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to deliver presentations at all levels of the organization, including C-level.
