Job Description:

The ROME GROUP seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our executive team in strategic planning, vision, and mission implementation. As the primary point of contact for organizational public face, you will be responsible for marketing, new client acquisition, financial planning, business operations, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing and Client Acquisition: Manage the organization's public face, including website maintenance, newsletter issuance, donor and client relations, and community outreach.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, invoicing, accounting, reporting, inventory management, general office administration, and financial planning.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to the Board of Directors and funding agencies, ensuring compliance with governmental and funding requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience working with seniors or knowledge of utility assistance programs an asset
  • Proven track record in building relationships with boards, community groups, partner organizations, and stakeholders
Benefits:
  • $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
