Lexia Communications is looking for a Full-time Proposal/Business Development Manager to join its team, with a proven track record of bidding/bringing new projects and building partner relations with new vendors.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Understand the client’s needs and objectives for the project to develop a proposal that meets or exceeds their expectations
- Write, edit, and proofread proposals, ensuring all content is accurate, compliant, and persuasive
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and company leadership, to ensure a coordinated and successful proposal process
- Manage the proposal development process from start to finish, including coordinating team members, developing timelines, and overseeing production
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Leading negotiations and closing deals with potential clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors during the proposal development process
- Manage budget and invoicing for proposal development projects

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 7 to 10+ years of professional experience in proposal management, sales, or marketing is MUST
- Strong business development acumen with a proven track record of success
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for the company
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
