Tenant Services Coordinator

Duties:

- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair requests from tenants, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, work orders, and lease agreements.
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including delegating and tracking inspections and documentation of any damages.
- Input purchase orders
- Will require occasional car travel to property sites (all within a 15 minute drive)

**Skills**:

- Must be confidently bilingual
- Service oriented - ability to de-escalate and problem solve creatively and efficiently
- Proficient in office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritze tasks effectively
- Positivity & flexibility are essential to this role
- The willingness and ability to learn & help where needed is key
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage tenant interactions and communications.
- Any knowledge of property management principles and practices is a strong asset
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants in a professional manner.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills.

Fonctions:

- Servir de point de contact principal pour les locataires, en répondant à leurs demandes et à leurs préoccupations de manière professionnelle et opportune.
- Coordonner et programmer les demandes d'entretien et de réparation des locataires, en veillant à ce qu'elles soient résolues rapidement.
- Tenir des registres précis des interactions avec les locataires, des ordres de travail et des contrats de location.
- Participer aux processus d'emménagement et de déménagement, y compris la délégation et le suivi des inspections et la documentation des dommages éventuels.
- Saisir les bons de commande.
- Vous devrez occasionnellement vous rendre en voiture sur les sites des propriétés (tous situés à moins de 15 minutes en voiture).

Compétences:

- Doit être parfaitement bilingue
- Orienté vers le service - capacité à désamorcer et à résoudre les problèmes de manière créative et efficace.
- Maîtrise des tâches administratives de bureau, y compris le classement, la saisie de données et la tenue de registres.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et multitâches, avec la capacité de hiérarchiser les tâches de manière efficace.
- La positivité et la flexibilité sont essentielles pour ce poste.
- La volonté et la capacité d'apprendre et d'aider là où c'est nécessaire sont essentielles.
- Expérience de l'utilisation d'un logiciel de gestion de la relation client (CRM) pour gérer les interactions et les communications avec les locataires.
- Toute connaissance des principes et pratiques de la gestion immobilière est un atout majeur.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement avec les locataires de manière professionnelle.
- Capacité à gérer efficacement les tâches administratives tout en maintenant un haut niveau de précision.
- Compétences démontrées en matière d'étiquette téléphonique.
