**Position**: Program Coordinator, Chapters

**Reporting to**: Manager, Program Implementation (Chapters)

**About You**:

- Ability and/or experience working with youth; knowledge and experience in youth engagement, and program delivery
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Canvas, Asana, Qualtrics, Form Assembly, and/or Google Workspace

**Your Impact**:
You will support Jack Chapters within a designated region in the country and will be the main point of contact for Chapters within that region. The Program Coordinator, Chapters is expected to carry out the implementation of our Chapters program, as well as occasional support to other programs as needed. The coordinator should have experience working with youth, administrative tasks, have a positive, team-focused attitude, and want to help make a positive difference for the mental health landscape in Canada.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
Program Coordination - Chapters
- Support Jack Chapters across a designated region by ensuring they have completed required administrative tasks, such as registration and activity form submission throughout the year
- Check in with your Jack Chapters periodically throughout the year, according to the established preference, to log their progress and offer additional support if needed
- Review and approve activity forms submitted by Chapters and pass along any requests for funding or swag for processing
- Provide an overview of the Chapters program through Intake Calls with teachers, young leaders, and community groups that are looking to start a Chapter
- As required, undergo engagement and outreach activities to schools and community groups within your assigned region to help ensure annual target numbers of Chapters is reached
- If applicable, visit a select number of Chapters within your designated region during the school year to strengthen your relationship with them and to provide them with in-person support
- Review the social media activity of your Chapters on a monthly basis.
- Maintain clean and organized accounts data on Salesforce. Log all communications with Chapters and other Jack Chapter details, while ensuring the data on Salesforce is up-to-date and reliable
- Assist the quality and design of programs, by providing feedback through formal channels on ways to improve the Jack Chapters program
- Support the collection of data from Chapters for evaluation purposes, as well as the delivery of the Campus Assessment Tool to assigned Chapters
- Stay up to date on all new Chapter program offerings & processes which includes: attending training meetings, reviewing training materials, reviewing Slack for program related announcements.
- Develop an awareness of the local mental health resources within your designated region to more effectively support Chapters

General
- Support the Jack Talks Program by training Jack Talks Speakers (new and re-certifying) annually during Summer months
- Support the promotion and implementation of the Be There Certificate to Chapters and local community stakeholders; on occasion support the facilitation of Be There workshops
- Collaborate with the Jack Talks team to seamlessly transition stakeholders between programs and to cross-promote our programs
- Follow Jack.org policies and processes to ensure the safety of youth involved in our programs, and strive to create inclusive and respectful spaces for all
- Be knowledgeable of and adhere to organizational policies (finance, travel, safety, etc.)
- Be an ambassador for Jack.org, representing the organization and programs in a positive and professional manner when engaging externally
- Participate in required mental health safety training including Mental Health First Aid and ASIST
- Other responsibilities as determined/required from time to time
