**Position**:Program Coordinator, Design and Improvement (Peer-Based)

**Reporting to**:Manager, Design and Improvement (Peer-Based)

**About You**:

- One to two (1-2) years experience in the coordination of programs
- Creativity & ability to think big without losing sight of day-to-day tasks
- Youth Mental health knowledge

**Your Impact**:
Reporting into the **Manager, Design & Improvement,** the** Coordinator,** **Design & Improvement (Peer-Based)** is a non-clinical role that provides support with the administrative tasks associated with the design and improvement of Jack.org programs, mainly Jack Talks and Jack Chapters, in alignment with organizational goals and in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Design new content (e.g. slide decks, training, resources) for the program under supervision of the Leads and Manager.
- Support design and improvement processes by e.g. setting-up meeting agendas and tools, organizing and bringing needed information forward, taking notes, etc.
- Organize, support and capture the ideation, co-design and testing of new, high quality programmatic activities, resources and offerings for our programs.
- Support development and delivery of new training for youth engaged in our programs (e.g., Senior speakers, Chapter members)
- Gather, organize and summarize relevant information from internal and external sources (e.g., findings and recommendations from the Evaluation Team, input from the Implementation team, best-practices for programs, etc.) to support program revision and refinement.
- Coordinate revisions, editing and translations for program materials, activities, resources and offerings to ensure high quality in English and French (and other languages where relevant).
- With input from the KTE and Content & Learning teams, draft supporting materials for the program that are evidence-based and culturally relevant.
- Work in partnership with the Operations team to update processes and documentation and communicate changes as needed.
- Support D&I Leads in the maintenance of programs and its assets, including digital and communication by e.g., creating briefings for the Content & Communication team, drafting messages and coordinating updates as needed.
- Work closely with the Implementation team to support the successful implementation of programs, troubleshooting and escalating as needed.
- Support team administration needs by keeping track of expenses, updating projects tasks, information and metrics where needed (e.g., Asana, Excel spreadsheets, etc.) on an ongoing basis.
- Support coordinating the work of vendors, consultants, and other service providers to achieve team goals as needed.
- Other responsibilities as determined/required from time to time.

**Desired Skills, Competencies**
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all team members and departments
- Ability to multi-task & manage competing priorities in order to support the Talks and Chapters programs’ responsibilities
- Ability to take initiative and carry our administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
- Experience with MS (Excel, PPT) and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)

**Other Considerations/ Assets**:

- Work proficiency in French
- Asana experience
- Salesforce experience
- Some experience with content development (e.g. workshops, programming)
- Experience working with diverse communities, ideally youth
