**Office Administrator - (Accounts Payable focus)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Working directly with Accounts Payable
- Handling filing and organizing tasks
- Communicating with vendors, project managers, and site coordinators
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Credit card reconciliation
- Handling booking travel and expenses
- Following up with approvals for purchases
- Issuing and reconciling purchase orders

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic
- Strong organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Education and experience are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
