**Responsibilities**:
- Manage front desk activities and ensure smooth office operations
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Tend to social media accounts
- Assist clients on arrival
- Provide clerical support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Answer and direct phone calls using multiple phone systems with professionalism and efficiency
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
