We are currently in a large growth phase in our organization and seeking a full-time Financial Administrative assistant to join the team.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the Client Relations Manager on a day-to-day basis with administrative tasks.
- Scheduling meetings as required and preparing for meetings with required documentation and information.
- Communicate with clients, Client Relations Manager, and Advisors regarding meetings and pertinent information.
- Assist in producing financial reports and/or pulling financial reports from the system.
- Assist in preparing and providing various information as required for audit purposes.
- Maintains files with all pertinent contact and accounting information.
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality with all accounts and subsequent information.
- Perform a variety of clerical duties including, but not limited to, answering telephone inquiries, taking messages, scanning, filing, etc.
- Report any unresolved disputes to the Client Relations Manager for resolution.
- Other Duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Education/Licenses:

- Grade 12 Education required.
- College level education in Office Administration or Business Administration.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative assistant role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, specifically Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM software such as Maximizer is considered an asset.
- Experience with financial software such as Croesus is considered an asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Effective professional communication both written and verbal.
