**Office Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:
a. Maintaining all office operational needs such as evaluating office inventory orders, maintaining kitchen supplies, acting as liaison with IT and office equipment, and calling for repairs as needed.

b. Welcoming guests and clients and answering or directing inquiries.

c. Maintaining a clean, safe and secure work environment at all times.

d. Maintaining schedules and calendars by planning and scheduling meetings, teleconferences, and travel bookings for the CEO, COO and VP of Finance.

f. Create and update insurance records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.

g. Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.

h. Perform receptionist duties as needed and assist with construction administration as needed

i. Assist with planning and executing staff events. Be the entertainment Sheriff/Host

j. Must have a reliable car to do errands daily as needed.

k. Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Able to find work in slow times
- Valid BC drivers license with reliable car

**Work Hours**:
Working hours Monday to Friday

**Software Skills**:

- Microsoft Suite

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Five years minimum of administration at the C suite level, current experience, NOT customer service.
- Experience wearing multiple hats

**Application Instructions**:
**Salary**: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
