We are seeking a dedicated and mature Full-time receptionist/Licencing clerk for our James Braden Ford location who will contribute to our commitment for an exceptional customer service experience.

The individual will handle reception duties, provide excellent customer service, and create a welcoming environment for all they encounter daily.

Duties to include but not limited to:

- Assisting sales and service customers and offering refreshments
- Maintaining and cleaning our customer waiting area and refreshment space
- Collecting payments from customers as needed
- Data entry and maintain the electronic and hard copy filing system for vehicles and customer files;
- Update our guests records as needed;
- Prepare all licencing documents for all sold vehicles and incoming units;
- Running errands to licence office and banking
- Provide other administrative support to management and other staff;
- Additional duties, as necessary.
- Good knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and Adobe;
- Strong communication skills to be able to communicate with other staff or customers and understand their needs;
- Exceptional time management skills to be able to prioritize, especially when there is a high volume of tasks;
- Flexibility to be able to move between tasks and duties quickly when priorities change;
- Attention to detail to ensure dealership records are maintained accurately;
- Strong organizational skills to maintain office efficiency.
- Bilingualism (English/French) would be considered an asset.
- A valid G or G2 license is a must

Our current schedule is Monday to Friday 8-5, and this schedule will adjust to include Saturdays in our busier seasons. One day off during the week will be given in lieu of.

The starting wage is $19 per hour.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
