Pure Blue Cannabis is a new Health Canada Licenced Producer of cannabis located in the Town of the Blue Mountains and we are searching for an individual to join our team who is looking for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant position in the cannabis industry.

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

Office Manager - Executive Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing support to ensure efficient operation of the business. Supports the Chief Executive Officer, managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Office Manager - Executive Assistant is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the facilities concepts, practices, and procedures.

**Office Management / Administrative Responsibilities**
- Responsible for answering incoming calls on multi-line telephone system with a positive, helpful attitude
- Create and manage invoicing, credit cards and documenting expenses
- Balancing customer and vendor accounts
- Coordinate and organize office activities and procedures
- Oversee inventory of supplies
- Receive deliveries and schedule couriers
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Responsible for opening and closing duties for the office

**Executive Assistant Responsibilities**
- Providing support and ensuring efficiency and productivity of the Chief Executive Officer is top priority
- Scheduling meetings, interviews, and transportation for the Chief Executive Officer
- Prep Chief Executive Officer for Meetings
- Initial inquiries from potential customers and suppliers

**Management Responsibilities**
- Coordinate Human Resource activities and update employee info/timesheets in Payworks payroll software
- Coordinate employee benefits program
- Coordinate and record revenue and expenses in Quickbooks Online
- Maintaining all Customer and Supplier files
- Research and pricing of products
- Placing purchase orders for supplies
- Schedule trades and track order progress
- Direct Coordination with Customers, Suppliers and Contractors / Trades

**DESIRED QUALITIES**:

**Qualifications - Experience**:
Minimum 5 - 7 years related experience.

**Salary**: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
