About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Oliver Bonacini Cafe Grill - Blue Mountain. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and present our menu items.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of food safety and quality control.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve exceptional results and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate
