The incumbent is a member of the Executive Team. The Executive Assistant (EA) exemplifies our culture of creating revolutionary guest experiences and contributes positively toward uniting the team around purpose and fun. This purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the President and Vice Presidents. The incumbent performs tasks highly visible in nature and is privy to highly sensitive information that requires discretion, and good judgment.
The EA is responsible to efficiently facilitate the procedures and communications of the Executive Office through personal contact with Executives, Senior Leaders, Alterra Mountain Company, sister resort destinations, partners and stakeholders.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Maintaining timely and effective communications; ensuring appropriate follow-up with superb oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preparing and collaborating with Executives on expense reports, cheque requisitions, new vendors/supplier accounts, and reconciling Corporate Credit Card accounts
- Coordinating travel for Senior Leaders and Committee meetings
- Screening, flagging and prioritizing urgent responses required of the Executive Team while managing the smooth daily operation of the Executive Office.
- Chair of the Donations Committee and related sub-committees, overseeing budgets and corporate donations and commitments
- Maintaining minutes and agendas for Senior Level and Crisis Committee meetings
**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Post-Secondary Diploma in Office Administration or Business preferred
- At least five years of senior office administrative experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to relate well to all levels within the organization
- A high level of professionalism and an appreciation for the confidentiality and sensitivity of information received and handled.
