**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Know the product and service offered
- Know the offer of products and services related to IT Service Offerings and Infrastructure
- Know the operation of the products and services offered
- Know the procedure of developing needs for all products and services offered
- Know the competitive differentiators of the products and services offered
- Build your own book of business
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene for opportunities and forecasting
- Drive new customer revenue growth
- Prepare prospecting/submissions for existing customers and/or prospects customers
- Design presentation documents (Proposal, analysis, comparison, spreadsheet, report)
- Solicit new clients
- Engage in prospecting activities for net new customers
- Try alternative strategies when failing to reach or obtain business meeting with prospects
- Engage in needs development activities with prospects and offer recommendations.
- Achieve sales results
- Maintain a bank of prospects
- Engage in commercial activities allowing the qualification of profitable business opportunities
- Perform strategic follow-ups according to the purchasing cycle of prospects and existing customers
- Influence a customer's purchasing criteria
- Manage objections and obstacles
- Negotiate profitable agreements
- Participate in training programs to keep up-to-date knowledge of solutions and products offered by the company
- Travel Required is in region to client sites for in person meetings

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales or business development position
- Experience in the IT Industry and/or the manufacturing space (an asset)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

**Special Skills and Abilities**:

- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Office suite
- Motivated and goal oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Persevering and optimistic
- Great sense of organization
- Ability to adapt, flexibility
