**Job Overview**

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with assigned accounts to drive revenue and profitability. This includes identifying potential opportunities, making initial contact, presenting the company’s value proposition, and following up with customer needs. The Sales Account Executive also participates in account planning discussions and leads cross-functional teams to execute on account plans.

**Responsibilities for Account Executive**
- Manage the entire sales cycle: finding a prospect, securing a deal, onboarding, and aftercare
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients to understand changing needs and improve ShareWares products and services.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Create impact reports

**Qualifications for Sales Account Executive**
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
- Ability to understand all aspects of the sales funnel including customer personas, prospecting, initial contact, follow up, sales pitch, and closing the deal
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Exceptional ability to search and locate online databases of contact information and new companies using keywords
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Be available for at least 35 hours a week, flexible hours in effect
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- A business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing

**Compensation**:
We will commensurate depending on experience and abilities. Expected range is $50k-$80k (ie: $50k = got the skills but only some experience / $80k = highly skilled and experience). There are rapid advancement opportunities for high performance.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
