Sales Executives serve Slalom’s clients as a trusted partner, building long lasting relationships and executing customized business plans, listening and solutioning on key issues to help drive sales and
facilitate a consistent pursuit process to grow towards more predictable and sustainable sales. The Slalom Executive is an integral part of our team and has the exciting opportunity to engage with executive level buyers and prospects within these areas to grow our Slalom presence.

**What You’ll Do**
- Grow our Slalom presence in the B.C. and Western Canada Public Sector & Health and Utilities market through generating, shaping, and capturing leads in key accounts for all Slalom capabilities and solutions.
- Generate new revenue opportunities for Slalom.
- Be responsible for sales targets annually, with incremental growth in outyears.
- Build strong relationships with some of our clients’ most senior executives.
- Leverage client relationships to shape and respond to key account RFxs (RFPs/RFQs, etc.).
- Know how to navigate public sector sales motions and procurement channels and be excellent at "capture” (working with clients to get work up and running outside of RFPs).
- Drive sales activity and support proposal responses in partnership with the account teams, capability leaders, and other Slalom team members.
- Collaborate and partner with Slalom technology alliance partner Sales Executives.
**What You’ll bring**
- A collaborative, innovative, and humble approach to working as part of an industry team that is focused on growing Slalom’s impact within Public Sector & Health and Utilities.
- You possess 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with BC / AB Public Sector, with a depth of sales experience with management consulting, modern technologies, platforms, and techniques (MSFT products, cloud, CRM/Salesforce, data and analytics).
- Experience across multiple facets of the business development lifecycle, such as account planning, capture, solutioning, win theme identification, proposal development, etc and have a proven experience in creating, managing and execution of a complete sales cycle.
- You have a deep passion for identifying and delivering outcomes with our Public Sector and Utilities that is underpinned with an understanding of how these organizations buy and procure. You have a proven track record of understanding, anticipating buying patterns, and selling to these types of accounts.
- You build and maintain a wide network of trusted relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues including CXOs and business decision-makers.
- You have active and transferable relationships and book of business in the industry and a proven ability to drive new connections and deepen relationships in these sectors.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and thrive in creating new contacts and opportunities.
- Budget and deal management experience, including relationship management, scoping, solutioning pricing and contracting of new engagements.
- A self-starter with a desire to work within a dynamic team of professional services specialists; leading, participating, and supporting as required by the opportunity.
- Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $106k to $138k. In addition, there is potential for a discretionary quarterly bonus of up to 31% and annual discretionary bonus of up to 31% of base salary, based
