About the Role

As the Executive Sales Director, you will develop strategic plans to increase revenue, oversee a team of 15+ staff, and collaborate with top management to drive success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize project revenue and sales volume;
- Collaborate with Marketing on project branding and strategies;
- Work with other departments to understand finance and revenue targets and provide up-to-date sales absorption numbers;
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis;
- Manage staff planning and talent development for future growth;
- Motivate and inspire employees to meet sales targets;
- Lead first-class customer service experiences;
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in senior sales roles, preferably in real estate;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (asset);
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software;
