**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor office expenditures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
- Support team management by coordinating schedules, meetings, and events.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Maintain organized records of payroll information and employee documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an office administration or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with budgeting principles and financial management tools.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.05-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
