This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a competitive salary range of $43,939.83 to $55,157.28 per annum (Bi-Weekly), depending on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics and documentation for meetings, including taking minutes, maintaining data for the Director and Coordinator of Health and Safety, and preparing various reports for the Operations department.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, prioritization, time-management, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
