**Position Overview**:
As the Office Manager and Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while also actively engaging with potential clients through inbound sales inquiries. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and overseeing office maintenance.

Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, answer product/service-related questions, and provide information to prospective clients.

Book keeping and invoicing.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.

Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for the executive team.

Support various departments with administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering strong relationships with colleagues and promoting teamwork.

Manage social media accounts and content creation.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in office management, sales, administrative support, or customer service roles preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software preferred.

Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitude.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
