**The role we are offering you**:
This person will be autonomous, agile, flexible, proactive, and able to anticipate and help organize team workflows. They must be able to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Provide general administrative support to the Vice President and their team including, but not limited to: managing a complex calendar, arranging travel, processing expense reports, and taking notes / following up on meeting actions.
- Act as a point of contact for all requests and questions, and manage the flow of information quickly and accurately.
- Prepare content for various meetings (PowerPoint presentations, weekly or monthly reports, memos), and support project management for specific team initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for on-site team events, off-site event arrangements, hotel accommodations, meeting rooms, and social events.
- Liaise with internal support teams (finance, purchasing and procurement team, IT, etc.) for PO opening, invoice reconciliation, contract management.
- Maintain and order office supplies.
- Welcome visitors and prepare conference rooms for meetings.
- Coordinate with the company's executive assistants to organize internal and external meetings.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

- Over 10 years' experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role in a large company.
- Work ethic, independent and proactive team player, who is dedicated and follows up.
- Impeccable judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
- A positive professional attitude.
- High energy level.
- Desire to acquire new skills.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Great attention to detail and extremely organized with a great sense of urgency.
- Ability to juggle multiple files and prioritize tasks.
- Punctual, with the flexibility to occasionally work beyond normal office hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual (French and English) spoken and written.
