As an assistant, you will act as a right-hand man and strategic ally to two Regional Vice-Presidents of the Personal and Enterprise sectors in carrying out various tasks, in order to optimize their time and facilitate the achievement of the objectives of both business lines.
**Your job**:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings by preparing all related documents and coordinating all related logistics.
- Coordinate and manage activities related to the hiring and departure processes (IT requests, HR, etc.).
- Interact with the various external suppliers as well as with the various departments of the Bank and internal members for various files.
- Revise and improve letters and documents of various kinds
- Prepare and review all of your team members' expense accounts.
- Work collaboratively with the administrative team in improving the administrative functioning of the department and the development of internal procedures and processes.
- Act as a resource person for the sectors and keep abreast of all developments related to them.

**Prerequisite**:
- Completed three-year diploma of professional or college studies or academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity, and 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience as an assistant - an asset
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and all collaboration tools
- Strong adaptability and excellent sense of proactivity
- Professionalism, thoroughness and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
