Administrative Assistant/receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and computerized, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with data entry tasks, such as updating spreadsheets and databases
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes
- Support the office with various administrative tasks as needed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Knowledge of office operations and accounting is a plus
- Proficiency with outlook, NetSuite is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
**Salary**: $17.00-$21.66 per hour

**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
