**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with financial auditing processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Conduct regular reviews of corporate finance activities to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in corporate finance principles and practices.
- Strong skills in account analysis and reconciliation.
- Experience with financial auditing processes.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Familiarity with accounting software, particularly Sage 300, is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills for collaboration within the finance team.
