Real Estate Brokerage in Greater Vancouver has an opening for a full time accounting administrator. The office is new and modern, with excellent working conditions. The position is a salaried position and includes extended medical and dental benefits.

Located in: Burnaby

**Qualifications**:

- **Great Computer Skills**:In today's digital age, strong computer skills are essential. The accounting administrator will likely be working with various software and tools, so proficiency in navigating computer systems efficiently is crucial.
- **Must Have Good People Skills**:

- **Attention to detail**: As a accounting administrator, the individual will need to be meticulous in their work to ensure accuracy in legal documentation and property transactions.
- **Communication skills**:Effective communication is vital in the real estate industry, and a accounting administrator will need to communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders in a professional and clear manner.
- **Ability to Multi-task, Organize, and Prioritize Work**:Real estate transactions involve numerous financial activities. An accounting administrator needs to be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, keeping financial records organized, and effectively prioritizing their workload to meet deadlines.
